Abysmal Games LLC ("we", "us" or "our") built Santa Drop Express and Santa Drop Express TV (together, the "App") as free apps with no ads. This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short, it doesn't collect any.

Information Collection and Use

The App does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal details, and we do not use advertising identifiers or tracking technologies.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress and settings, such as levels completed, selected characters and volume, are saved only on your device. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

Notifications

With your permission, the App may show a local notification when a new holiday season becomes available in the game. These notifications are scheduled on your device and involve no data being sent or received. You can turn them off at any time in your device's settings.

Advertising and Tracking

The App contains no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics software, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
